Amy is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), working from a systems perspective, to help individuals and families live more productive lives. She has had a wide variety of experience dealing specifically with interpersonal issues that arise in individuals, couples, and families. Amy enjoys seeing transformation and growth and believes there is beauty and power in everyone’s story. She utilizes strengths-based and solution-focused models to walk alongside the client in bringing forth this change. Amy enjoys working with individuals, couples, families and school-aged children and adolescents.
Amy specializes in working with people dealing with ADHD, Anger, Anxiety, Conduct Disorder, Depression, Foster Care/Adoption, Grief, Relationship Problems, PTSD, Self-Esteem Problems, Self-harm, and Trauma, as well as co-occurring disorders.
Amy values a biopsychosocial team approach in treatment, and is dedicated to collaborate with all members of a client’s care team, for the best outcomes possible for each individual and their family.
In her free time, Amy loves spending time with her family, watching sports, reading, cooking and traveling.
