Title: Clinical Intern
Erin is a clinical intern at Aris Clinic. She is currently attending the University of Minnesota to receive a dual degree in clinical counseling (LPCC) and drug and alcohol counseling (LADC). Erin has experience working with very little kids (ages 2-6) who struggle with mental health, as well as adolescents and adults with mental health or co-occurring disorders.
Erin has worked with clients experiencing struggles such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Erin integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches into her work including attachment, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
Erin utilizes a holistic approach to therapy, believing that all aspects of our lives including, social, relational, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and physical health all play important roles in creating a fulfilling life.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys playing with her miniature poodle Zane, reading, baking, drawing, and painting with watercolors.
