Maria completed her masters program through St. Thomas. She is serving individuals, families, couples, and groups in the Intensive Outpatient Program at Aris Clinic, while also accepting outpatient clients. Maria uses an integrated approach to therapy tailoring her sessions to meet the needs of each unique individual. Maria primarily practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT).

Maria specializes in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, concerns with self-esteem, anger, PTSD, relational communication and/or conflict, as well as co-occurring disorders.

When Maria is not at work, she enjoys playing with her dog, finding a local studio class, or getting cozy with a puzzle or paint by number.
