In 2024, 191 kids and teens successfully completed Aris Clinic’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). We’re proud to support their journey toward mental health stabilization and brighter futures.
Aris Clinic is a mental health clinic in Woodbury, MN, offering compassionate therapy, psychiatry, and behavioral health services for children, teens, and adults. Our team supports individuals experiencing challenges that impact daily life at home, school, work, or in the community.
We provide outpatient mental health services near you, including psychotherapy and medication management, with personalized care plans designed to meet each patient’s needs.
Our clinicians also specialize in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for children and teens ages 8–18. This structured day treatment program provides consistent support, skill-building, and therapy to help young people achieve greater stability, confidence, and success in everyday life.
We recognize the unique, holistic needs of every person. Our customized, whole-body approach to wellness also promotes adequate nutrition, sleep, exercise, and especially time in the outdoors. All patients have access to our beautiful, natural setting and great walking trails.

Summer brings freedom and flexibility, but for some kids and teens, the loss of routine and changes in social connection can make mental health challenges more noticeable. In our latest article, we explore why balance matters during the summer months, what parents can watch for, and practical ways to support children and teens through seasonal transitions.

Get Back on Track with Academic Support
In the afternoons, we offer six weeks of summer educational services to help students stay on track academically. It is recommended for any student that would benefit from additional structure for their day and to reinforce learning, avoid summer learning loss, catch up if behind, or earn additional credit to advance. Space will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, and if the school spaces are filled, it is still possible to attend for half day therapeutic programming.
