The school year and steady attendance can be tough for some kids and teens, especially those with emotional and behavioral health issues who often lack resiliency. Aris Clinic provides therapeutic programs with educational services for youth ages 8-18, tailored by age. Together, we can help them succeed.

Intensive Outpatient Therapy with School 

Aris Clinic specializes in a unique and innovative model that helps kids ages 8 – 18 return to healthy, stable and productive lives. It’s a Day Treatment Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The weekday program offers early intervention before child mental health issues become more debilitating.

Our team leads a structured, yet nurturing, in-person day of therapy, medication management and educational services in place of the regular school day. Kids learn empowering social, psycho-educational, mindfulness and coping skills. The program runs five days a week, is tailored to patient age and needs, and typically lasts 6-12 weeks.

Small Groups and Low Student to Teacher Ratio

As a part of the Day Treatment IOP, patients receive 3 hours of group therapy daily. Group sizes are limited to 10 members for grades 7-12 and 6 members for grades 2-6.

In addition, our program offers a low student to teacher ratio of 14:1 for grades 7–12 and 6:1 for grades 2–6. Frequent teacher interaction is provided to support students with educational needs. Teachers coordinate appropriate courses and learning materials to support each student.
