Psychoeducation Group focuses on providing concrete, developmentally appropriate coping skills for group members to utilize in their everyday lives. Each week, Psychoeducation Group will pull from a general topic area (e.g., healthy relationships, stress and time management, etc.) and invite group members to use the skills learned in the services of building flexibility in the core process areas.
The combination of psychoeducation and integration with the core processes of ACT creates a comprehensive and practical approach to personal growth and mental health. Participants not only gain valuable coping skills but also learn how to use these skills to foster greater psychological flexibility and lead more fulfilling lives. The Psychoeducation Group at Aris Clinic plays a pivotal role in equipping individuals with the tools they need to navigate challenges and thrive in their day-to-day experiences.
