Michelle Rowland is a dual board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who joined the Aris Clinic team in April, 2018. She graduated from St. Olaf College with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. As a Registered Nurse, Michelle provided care for pediatric patients with acute and chronic physical and mental health illnesses in a Pediatric ICU, a Day Surgery/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, a Neonatal ICU, and Pediatric Home Health care. She went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, specializing in Pediatrics.

Michelle has a passion for caring for children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses and works with families to develop individualized treatment plans.

As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, she has full prescribing privileges and works independently providing diagnostic assessments, education, referrals, and medication management. Michelle sees patients 5-21 years of age.

Michelle enjoys spending time with friends, her dogs, and her extended family. She is an avid runner who also likes to read, play piano, cook, and travel.
