Polly Sauerwein has been teaching in public and charter schools since 2017. Prior to that, she was an in-home child care provider for 20 years. Ms. Sauerwein received her undergraduate degree and Master of Arts degree in teaching through Concordia St. Paul.

Ms. Sauerwein became a teacher for the love of learning. She finds it rewarding to help students reach their potential and to give them the skills to expand and achieve their dreams. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, pet sitting, and spending time with family and friends.
